You can contact us about these Terms at legal@kredly.co.
2. Eligibility
You may use Kredly only if:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
Your use of the website is permitted under the laws that apply to you.
You use Kredly for lawful purposes.

4. No financial, legal, or tax advice
Information on Kredly is provided for general comparison and educational purposes.
It does not constitute:
Personal financial advice.
Investment advice.
Tax advice.
Legal advice.
A recommendation that a particular provider or product is suitable for your circumstances.
An offer, invitation, or solicitation to enter into a financial transaction.
You are responsible for deciding whether a provider or service is appropriate for you. Obtain professional advice where your circumstances require it.
5. Rates, fees, and comparison information
Money transfer rates, fees, markups, availability, promotions, and delivery times may change at any time.
Information displayed on Kredly may be:
Live.
Recently observed.
Estimated.
Indicative.
Delayed.
Derived from provider information or market data.
A quote displayed on Kredly is not a binding offer. The final quote shown by the provider before you confirm a transaction controls your transaction.
Before sending money, verify:
The complete transfer fee.
The provider’s exchange rate.
The final recipient amount.
The payment and payout methods.
The expected delivery time.
Applicable limits and eligibility requirements.
Cancellation and refund terms.
The legal entity and regulator serving your jurisdiction.
Kredly does not guarantee that information will always be complete, current, accurate, or available for every provider, route, currency, amount, or payment method.
6. Rankings and methodology
Kredly may rank money transfer offers using factors such as recipient payout, fees, exchange-rate markup, delivery estimate, or other criteria described in our Comparison Methodology.
Rankings are based on the information available at the time of calculation. A provider ranked first for one amount, destination, or payment method may not be the best option in another situation.
Organic rankings are not determined by affiliate commission. Sponsored placements, if present, are displayed separately and should be clearly labelled.
A ranking does not constitute a personal endorsement, guarantee, or assurance that a provider is suitable for you.
7. Third-party providers
Your relationship and transaction are directly with the third-party provider you choose.
A provider may apply its own:
Terms and conditions.
Privacy policy.
Eligibility requirements.
Identity verification procedures.
Transfer limits.
Pricing and exchange rates.
Compliance checks.
Cancellation and refund rules.
Complaint procedures.
Kredly does not control a provider’s decisions and is not responsible for a provider accepting, rejecting, delaying, cancelling, or changing a transaction.
Any dispute relating to a provider account or money transfer must generally be raised directly with that provider.
8. External and affiliate links
Kredly contains links to third-party websites. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means KredlyCo may receive compensation if you follow a link and complete an eligible action.
Affiliate compensation does not change our organic ranking calculations. Additional information is available in our Affiliate Disclosure.
External websites are operated independently from Kredly. We do not control their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or contractual terms.
A link does not mean that Kredly guarantees or assumes responsibility for the third-party website or service.
9. Provider regulation and protection
Financial regulation, safeguarding arrangements, deposit protection, complaint rights, and consumer protections vary between providers, legal entities, products, and jurisdictions.
A provider brand may operate through different legal entities in different countries. A licence or authorisation in one jurisdiction may not apply to you.
You are responsible for verifying the legal entity, regulator, authorisation status, and protections applicable to your transaction before sending money.
10. Your responsibilities
When using Kredly, you agree to:
Provide only valid and lawful comparison inputs.
Review the provider’s final quote before confirming a transaction.
Verify recipient and payment information directly with the provider.
Protect your provider account credentials.
Use official provider websites and applications.
Comply with applicable laws and provider requirements.
Avoid sending confidential financial or identity information to Kredly.
Kredly does not need your bank password, card PIN, full card number, identity documents, or provider account password. Do not send this information to us by email.

16. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not send sensitive financial information or identity documents to Kredly unless we specifically request information through a secure and authorised process.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Kredly, our business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The effective date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last updated. Updated Terms apply from the date they are published unless a later date is stated.
Your continued use of Kredly after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts having competent jurisdiction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable mandatory law requires a different forum.
