01

How to use the country directory

Use the country directory to find information about international money transfers to a particular destination.

Each published country page may show the destinationโ€™s reference currency, available transfer routes, providers observed for that destination, related exchange-rate pages and possible ways for recipients to receive money.

Select a country to explore the information currently available on Kredly. Country pages are informational and do not guarantee that every provider, payment method or payout option will be available for a particular transfer.

Before sending money, confirm the providerโ€™s final quote, recipient requirements and service availability directly with the provider.

02

Country and transfer route coverage

A country appears in the Kredly directory when we have at least one published transfer route for that destination and enough information to create a useful country page.

Coverage is based on the transfer routes and providers currently tracked by Kredly. We do not cover every country, provider or transfer option available in the market. The presence of a country page does not mean that every listed provider serves every customer or supports every payment and payout method.

Provider availability may depend on the customerโ€™s location, transfer amount, destination, currency, payment method and eligibility. Services can also be restricted or changed because of local regulations, provider policies or operating conditions.

If reliable route or provider information is unavailable, Kredly may show limited data, mark it as unavailable or remove the destination from relevant comparisons.

03

Currencies and local payout options

Country pages show the reference currency associated with the destination where that information is available. Some countries use more than one currency, and a provider may support settlement in a different currency depending on the selected product or recipient account.

Possible payout methods can include bank deposit, cash pickup, card-based payout and digital wallets. These methods are shown as general receiving options and should not be treated as confirmation that a particular provider supports them for every transfer.

Available currencies and payout methods can affect the exchange rate, transfer fee, delivery estimate and final recipient payout. A provider may also apply additional conditions based on the transfer amount, payment method or recipient details.

Always check the final currency, payout method, recipient amount and any local collection requirements before completing a transfer.

04

Browse destinations by country and region

The country directory provides a starting point for exploring published money transfer destinations. Select a country to view its available routes, providers, currency information and related exchange-rate pages.

Individual country guides may also include links to other published destinations in the same region. These links make it easier to explore nearby markets without assuming that transfer availability or pricing is the same across the region.

Country names and supporting content may be localised where translated information is available. Route coverage, provider availability and financial data remain dependent on the latest information available to Kredly.

The directory is updated as new destinations are published or existing coverage changes.

05

What to compare for each destination

The best transfer option can vary by destination, amount and payment method. When comparing providers for a country, start with the estimated amount the recipient receives after the stated fee and provider exchange rate are applied.

Also consider the visible transfer fee, provider exchange rate, exchange-rate markup, delivery estimate, supported payment and payout methods, transfer limits and recipient requirements.

A provider advertising a low or zero fee may not deliver the highest recipient payout if its exchange rate includes a larger markup. Likewise, the fastest option may not offer the strongest exchange rate.

Transfer information displayed by Kredly should be treated as an indicative snapshot rather than a guaranteed quote. Confirm the latest price, availability and terms directly with the provider before sending money.
